Caregiving often asks us to put our own creative lives on pause. This writing workshop is for caregivers who are tired, stretched thin, and carrying a lot. It’s an invitation to return to your writing not as a task to complete, but as a gift to yourself: a small and sacred pocket of time devoted to your inner life, your curiosity, and your voice.
This virtual workshop is lightly facilitated and guided by gentle, open-ended prompts. There is absolutely no pressure or expectation to be polished or profound. Instead, we’re making space for messy pages, half-formed thoughts, and writing that doesn’t need to make sense or go anywhere.
Together, we’ll step outside our usual routines and into something a little playful and unexpected. Whether you write a few lines or many pages, whether you choose to share or keep your words to yourself, this time is yours.
Come as you are—tired, curious, unsure—and let this be a gentle interruption that offers ease, lightness, and a moment of delight and connection.
